The name you give before contacting us on WhatsApp, the order details you fill in, and basic information about how the site is used, such as the pages opened and the buttons tapped. The site uses cookies for that usage information.
Why we need it
To reply to your questions and handle your order, and to understand which parts of the site help customers so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your information. It is shared only with service providers who help us run this site, for the purposes above and nothing else. Some of them may store it outside Malaysia.
Do you have to give it
A name is needed before the WhatsApp buttons on this site open a chat. If you would rather not give one, you can message us on WhatsApp directly.
How long we keep it
For as long as the purposes above need it. After that, we delete it.
